Megan Hernandez
Co-Owner and Lead Designer
Megan is our tiny giant! She’s got huge design ideas and the moxie to carry them out! While studying for her degree in Interior Design at TCU, Megan met her now husband, Philip, and they married soon after graduation. They have three children, and Megan is constantly “bossing it up” in the office as well as at home. Megan worked various interior design jobs in Dallas and in Tyler before she paired up with Kim in 2016 to create Olive and Home. Megan’s designs are elevated with a twist, she has a unique vision that adds interest to any room. When Megan catches a moment of peace, she enjoys reading outdoors on her porch while her kids play in the yard. Otherwise she can be found on the lake watching her kids surf, ski and wakeboard.

Kim Holley
Co-Owner and Lead Designer
Kim is always on the move, literally. Her penchant for new spaces and the smell of fresh paint sees her moving her family, which includes three children, into new homes every few years! Thankfully her husband, Mike, also enjoys a good project! Graduating from Steven F. Austin, Kim has had a diverse career path, which to some degree, has always involved improving and beautifying her surroundings. These experiences have all naturally led her into interior design and new construction! Teaming up with Megan in 2016, Kim spearheaded the construction branch of Olive and Home. To this day she is continuously dreaming up new ways to grow and improve Olive and Home. Kim’s designs are function-forward and have a clean edginess to them that sets her apart. When Kim isn’t out hunting for new real estate, she enjoys playing mahjong with her friends, boating on Lake Palestine with her family and volunteering at First Baptist Church.
